I recently spent a half year in China, which was an interesting experience. One of the first things that I learned about the Chinese business-mentality was that in order to produce at a better price, quality will often be dropped to alarming levels.
For this reason I didn’t trust street food, and never ate it. And the video below explains why that was a pretty good call. You can hardly believe what most street food and an estimated 10% of all fried food in China is prepared with.
